Our creative department has grown strongly during recent years and is now being expanded. Jan Imberi, an experienced creative multi-talent, will become the head of our creation department in November. He will be supported by established team leaders and specialists. Samuel Röthlisberger, who previously led the department as its director, has left Habegger AG at his own request.

Habegger has continued to establish itself as the live communications market leader in recent years. As a result, our creation sector services have been continuously expanded. Creation has been made more client-focused and strengthened in terms of personnel as part of the succession planning after Samuel Röthlisberger, who has successfully managed the department up to now. A superordinate position of “Head of Creation”, which will focus on process-related, strategic and structural issues, has been newly established so that our creative staff will be able to devote themselves fully to their client projects.
Appointing Jan Imberi means that our creation department will be acquiring an internationally renowned leader. Imberi is a graduate designer and holds a Masters in Fine Arts from the prestigious Goldsmiths College in London. He will be bringing valuable experience to our company, especially in the exhibition design and media scenography sectors as well as film and stage technology. His flagship projects include award-winning brand experiences, high-profile events and international contemporary art exhibitions.
Our established creation team leaders Christoph Runne (Senior Show Director & Show Direction Teamleader), Eloisa Avila (Creative Director & Creative Consulting Teamleader) and Stefan Frick (Senior Producer & Production Teamleader) will all be supporting Imberi. We are planning to expand our specifically-focused teams. Jan Imberi will assume his position at the beginning of November.
Samuel Röthlisberger, the previous Director of Creation, has left Habegger AG at his own request after 20 years with us, and he has his own specific plans. After a long language training course, this autumn he is joining the FE agency in Baden, where he will specialise in digital event formats and communication campaigns. By changing to a communications agency, Röthlisberger wants to focus his work on live digital communications.
“We had an exciting two decades together,” says CEO Jürg Schwarz, talking about the long-standing collaboration with Röthlisberger. “We have gone through many things together, lived through good and difficult times, learned a lot from each other and celebrated our successes. Finally it is left for us to say thank you for all of this, and what remains is a great friendship.” Habegger wishes Samuel Röthlisberger, as a long-term colleague, all the best and much success in his new job.
