Swisscom Annual General Meeting 2026

As part of a new tender in 2025, Swisscom put its Production & Content division out to bid. Habegger prevailed and was selected as partner for the conception, content development, and implementation of all materials for the Annual General Meeting. Integrated into the project team from the outset, Habegger played a key role in shaping the staging, dramaturgy, and all audiovisual content.

For the 2026 Annual General Meeting at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, new elements were introduced under the overarching theme “Making AI experiential”: a moderated panel discussion was enhanced with AI co-moderation, and the voting process was explained by a young avatar of the Secretary General. All content was newly developed and visually executed as part of the brand relaunch.

A central component was a comprehensive digital content strategy: more than 200 screens were used for digital signage, wayfinding, branding, as well as informative and entertaining content. In addition, Habegger collaborated closely with Swisscom to develop film sequences, presentations, and dynamic content for voting phasesto effectively bridge waiting times and actively engaging the audience.

Habegger also supported Swisscom’s internal content and film teams and managed rehearsals – particularly with the Board of Directors – ensuring a smooth and reliable process.

The result is a modern, streamlined presentation that created fresh momentum and convinced more than 1’100 shareholders.
