Switzerland’s leading eye care expert, the VisilabGroup from Meyrin, has grown rapidly In the last few years. We produced an online TV format for internal communication to boost team spirit among the company’s 1,500 employees and explain the relationship between the five company brands Koch Optik, Visilab, McOptik, LinsenMax and Eye Laser, as well as the way they contribute to company strategy. The goal was for employees to view the VisilabGroup as a great employer.
ENG team on site
The 45-minute film focused on diversity within the company. This involved our ENG team visiting various branches and production sites throughout Switzerland and holding interviews with employees – from apprentices and members of the production team to branch managers. The moderator and the CEO served as the connecting element for these reports, guiding viewers through the programme from the Habegger Studios in Regensdorf while also presenting the company’s vision, values and multi-brand strategy. The film was finally broadcast to employees in three predefined slots.
Production from A-Z
We were responsible for the entire production. This included not only drafting the script but also implementation and post-production. Particular attention was paid to the trilingual aspect. Each interview was given corresponding subtitles or voiceover translation in German, French or Italian. The end result is a varied programme that provided information to employees, while also bringing them closer together.
