The Swiss German podcast “Zivadiliring”, hosted by Maja Zivadinovic, Gülsha Adilji and Yvonne Eisenring, rocked the Zurich Hallenstadion on 26 October 2025, thrilling the audience with an engaging live experience. We took on the complete technical management of the first national podcast act in the sold-out Hallenstadion.
Our extensive range of services began with sound, lighting setup, as well as video and broadcast technology including hall rigging. Over the course of the project, we also took responsibility for the entire stage design with carefully selected stage furniture, the duties of the show director and stage manager. In addition, we were responsible for the tasks of the backstage runner, ensuring a seamless and professional workflow behind and on stage.
The main goal was to create a stage design as authentic and intimate as possible that reflects the well-known “Zivadiliring format”. To achieve this, we integrated characteristic objects from the podcast, such as oversized cubes, the neon lettering “Zivadiliring” and the silhouettes of the three hosts. The challenge of a one-off show also lay in the tight schedule: setup started at 6 a.m. in the empty hall, rehearsals were held from 2 p.m., and everything had to be ready by 6 p.m. for the show. Despite the high complexity of this ambitious program, we executed the demanding planning with the utmost precision and reliability.
Thanks to early coordination with all involved parties on the show sequence, we were able to plan sensitive positions and timings precisely in advance. Two weeks before the Hallenstadion show, we supported the tryout show with our expertise on a smaller scale at the Zurich Kaufleuten, where the program was performed live in its full length for the first time.
The finale became especially exciting when a roughly 70-member choir, together with guest vocalists Anna Känzig, Anna Rossinelli and Fabienne Louves, brought the stage to life and delivered a spectacular ending.
With extensive expertise and careful organisation, we contributed to the great success of this event, creating impressive experiences for the enthusiastic audience.
