By order of Retailpartners, we configured several iPads for two branches of ZKB, so they could be used to entertain the clients while waiting. For this, a few additions were programmed: the iPads are set to the initial settings and when a client would change the network settings, an alarm would go off. Further, we built new covers, so that some of the buttons cannot be pressed and a constant connection to the server is guaranteed.
In addition, we installed an audio system, which can be controlled in zones and a screen line in the waiting area. We also produced the content for the screens and shows employees and the current topics of the bank.
