Behind the scenes at Habegger: Three team members share unforgettable moments from their careers.
Stefan joined Habegger in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, as Senior Producer and Team Leader. One highlight that stands out for him is the digital Christmas event “Battle of the Region” for Credit Suisse, which evolved from a rough concept into a major interactive studio production with several thousand participants in just three weeks.
“What continues to motivate me is the combination of exciting projects, great clients, and variety in everyday work. Every day brings new challenges – it keeps me flexible, challenges me, and makes my job so special. I also truly value the collaboration and hands-on mentality within our team – something I hadn’t experienced to this extent in previous jobs. I look forward to continuing to shape new formats and bringing fresh ideas to life together with our colleagues and clients.”
Gizmo has been part of Habegger for 25 years. After 15 years working as a freelancer in various roles, he joined the company as a full-time employee ten years ago.
During these ten years, he spent two years in Venue Service before taking on various responsibilities in Project Support for the following eight years. There, he not only gained valuable experience but also witnessed how dynamic and diverse the work can be. Each project brings new demands, challenges, and opportunities. What he enjoys most is finding solutions for short-term problems and achieving results as a team.
“Looking back, I’m very happy to have been part of Habegger for so long. The years have always been full of learning, and the work has been enjoyable – even difficult times have helped us grow. The combination of exciting projects, varied tasks, and a dedicated team makes every day special. I look forward to contributing to new projects in the future.”
Kathi joined Habegger in October 2020 and startet as Project Coordinator. Just six months later, she was managing her own projects and continues to work as Project Manager to this day.
“Turbulent, eventful, challenging” – that’s how Kathi describes her time at Habegger. One unforgettable moment was her pitch for the BKW General Assembly 2023: “We convinced the client immediately. For the unique stage design, I suddenly found myself dealing with topics outside my usual expertise – arboriculture and metal construction. But that’s exactly what makes my job so special.”
Kathi shares: “From a request for a military helicopter to Apéro platters for Dave Stewart to a solo tasting on a ship in Sweden – I’ve experienced it all.” What makes the working day special? “The exciting projects, the variety in our day-to-day work, and our great core team. No day is the same, and that’s exactly what makes it unique.”
Our team will continue to broaden in the future, as we are always on the lookout for exceptional personalities for live communication.
