Your challenges

• Takeover of projects immediately after construction acceptance from project management team
• Point of contact during the roadshow. Externally for clients, suppliers and partners
• Coordination and organisation of material, transport, storage, personnel (internal & external)
• Creation of and adherence to location timings and roadshow schedules
• Preparation of offers and processing of additional requests (budget responsibility)
• Organisation/coordination/ordering of general site plans, consumables, spare materials, empties, restaurants & hotels, crew information
• Adherence to the roadshow schedule, taking into account time planning and the given budget
• First point of contact for the construction team
• First point of contact for the client interface to: project management, personnel allocation, support unit
• Monitoring of roadshow material e.g. “non-conformity lists with photos” and communication to the client.

We are looking for a senior AV technician to support us on a project basis for permanent installations throughout Switzerland.

Your challenges

• Coordination and management of the fitters and subcontractors on the construction site
• Technical support for the fitters
• First point of contact for third parties on the construction site
• Participation in construction meetings
• Enforcement of corporate interests
• Management and ordering of installation material
• Assistance with preparing the documentation
• Efficient, independent and proper work preparation and management of construction sites/large construction sites
• Punctual and proper preparation of client documentation (offers, measurements, reports, etc.)
• Optimal coordination and supervision of the assigned personnel
• Ensuring occupational health and safety and compliance with accident prevention regulations

• Programming of media controls, audio and video matrices, etc.
• Technical supervision of the construction measures
• Independent planning, organisation and execution of their work, in consultation with the respective project managers
• Support for the project management in technical consultation, preparation and checking of offers
