For many years, Habegger has served as the technical partner for the ABB Annual General Meeting. In 2026, the event took place in Halle 550 in Zurich, a former ABB site now operated by Migros. Approximately 800 shareholders were guided through the event during a compact time slot from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., treated to breakfast beforehand.
Habegger handled the technical project management: from setup and fine-tuning to rehearsals, through to managing the flow of the General Meeting and the teardown immediately afterward. We prepared the content technically and integrated it into the presentations to ensure a seamless, dynamic flow. In doing so, we acted as a sparring partner for ABB, leveraging our many years of expertise in live events to provide professional support for the implementation.
Thanks to this coordination between the client, partner, and technical team, all agenda items were handled smoothly, and the Annual General Meeting was conducted efficiently and safely.
