A significant milestone: in December 2025, we successfully held a purely virtual general meeting for Barry Callebaut, one of the largest chocolate manufacturers, for the second time in our modular studio.
Security and technical expertise
Together with Devigus AG, the responsible share register, we ensured that the general meeting was conducted in accordance with the law. Data protection and security were also top priorities when integrating the call button. This not only enabled shareholders connected worldwide to participate, but also to make real-time comments, submit motions and vote. The voting results were available within seconds, just like at a physical AGM.
We were responsible for the comprehensive organisation, overall project management, stage direction, hospitality and streaming. In addition, we took care of all the event technology and coordinated international live connections. With parallel connections, simultaneous translation into English and interface integrations, we delivered a technical masterpiece. All systems were optimally coordinated to ensure that everything ran smoothly at all times.
In terms of content production, we transferred Barry Callebaut’s visual world to our studio setting and enhanced the Annual General Meeting with high-quality, broadcast-ready elements such as an intro, Voting countdown and waiting time animation enhanced.
Dramatic and organisational perfection
Thanks to the versatile possibilities offered by our 190 m² modular studio, which is equipped with a professional broadcast camera, a graphics control room and a comprehensive technical package, we were able to implement the virtual general meeting at the highest level. With three camera rigs, two camera operators, an intercom system, a 35 m² curved LED wall and flexible furniture including a lectern and audio monitoring systems, we created the perfect production conditions. The Barry Callebaut team of 19 people spent two days rehearsing and implementing the event at Habegger’s premises, using two meeting rooms as well as our catering and furniture.
