BKW, a leading international company in the energy and infrastructure sector based in Switzerland, was looking for a fresh look and feel for its 2023 AGM. Its focus would be on the upcoming 125th anniversary and its core message “We make living spaces liveable”.
Scenographic highlight
Our pitch was finally accepted thanks to our creative overall concept, which was characterised by well thought-out materialisation and functionality. In mid-May 2023, we were given the opportunity to realise the AGM in Kursaal Bern. Their core message was reflected in the open and multi-layered stage design. A large projection surface created an immersive sensory experience for the shareholders present and it also conveyed the content in a convincing way. A special scenographic highlight was a floating tree that represented BKW’s far-sighted and sustainable actions.
Sophisticated branding
However, it was not only in the arena that shareholders were immersed in BKW’s brand world. The design of the reception desks in the foyer skilfully incorporated the imagery as well as the company’s anniversary. The desks were also designed with a focus on sustainable use. They were designed so that specific elements could be reused at trade fairs or events. In other words, it was a successful AGM in a new and contemporary look that will be remembered for a long time to come.
At the event, we were not only responsible for structurally implementing our creative concept, but for the entire event technology as well. We also ensured the technical operation of the event in the Kursaal Bern together with our venue team.
