Cisco –
Virtual Partner Day

The Cisco Partner Day is an annual networking event for sales partners of the technology firm Cisco Systems (Switzerland) GmbH. Due to the current restrictions due to Covid-19, the event was transferred to the digital stage in September 2020. Together with the client, Habegger designed a virtual live event that sets new standards. The approximately two-hour live streaming show from the Habegger studio in Regensdorf was peppered with a multitude of interactive elements and surprising moments. Lively moderation, exciting guests, entertaining video clips and a specially engaged band provided the best entertainment for the digital participants. With voting, live Q&As and the pop-up of participant selfies, it was possible to establish a relationship with the virtual audience and reduce the spatial distance.

The various studio settings, such as the “hot chair”, in which the new General Manager had to answer critical questions, expert discussions, live broadcasts to Austria, Belgium and the USA via Cisco Webex. Keynote speeches and breakout sessions also helped to ensure that the content and messages were staged and communicated in a way that was appropriate for the target group. With the Virtual Partner Day, Habegger and Cisco created an event that definitely succeeded in terms of digital transformation.

Our first Virtual Partner Day was a complete success. The feedback from our partners was consistently positive and the programme was varied, entertaining and interesting. This is mainly due to the professional, creative and extremely friendly cooperation with the Habegger crew.
