dormakaba Senior Management Conference 2021

Following the successful implementation of the dormakaba Partner Congress 2020, Habegger also had the opportunity to implement the Senior Management Conference for dormakaba International Holding AG in spring 2021. We were not only responsible for the technical implementation, but also for consulting, conceptual design and the creation of content for the two-day digital event. This was broadcast from the Habegger studios to around 130 management employees around the world.

During the plenary section of the conference, the new CEO Sabrina Soussan, together with the members of the board of management, provided information about strategic and business-related topics. The speakers were physically present on site or connected via video calls. A Q&A tool allowed the digital audience to interact with them. In addition to the plenary events, strategic workshops were held in smaller breakout groups. During the virtual aperitif to round off the event, the participants attending digitally joined the board of management in raising a toast to the successful conference.

The support from Habegger was really excellent – together, as a team, we set up a great event that was very well-received by the participants.
