The “EAO Congress” is an international dental congress that takes place annually in a different European country, attracting professional audiences from across Europe. In 2025, the event was hosted at the “Grimaldi Forum” in Monaco, and in 2022 it was held for the first time as a hybrid event at Palexpo in Geneva.
We are responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the congress, particularly the hybrid format. This includes recording all on-site presentations and providing them daily as on-demand content. Selected programme sessions, such as the sponsors’ symposium, are broadcast live. Through a custom-developed congress app, we enable digital participants to actively engage in discussions.
