The Hewlett Packard (Switzerland) GmbH Innovation Circle celebrated a premier in September 2020: The IT community event was conducted virtually for the first time. In a live stream from the Habegger Studio, customers and partners received information on the newest products and trends. The live stream offered a mix of keynote speeches, expert discussions, live chats as well as the traditional Innovation Circle quiz. The comedian Rob Spence provided further entertainment and variety to the programme with his funny breaking news.
In conjunction with the live stream, digital participants could enter four virtual rooms, in which interesting breakout sessions took place. All 21 videos of the breakout sessions were produced in advance by Habegger at various locations. Finally, a chat function was used to interact with participants at the event and thereby create a live-feel.
The HPE Innovation Circle orients itself towards a Swiss audience nationwide. Due to this, the live stream and breakout sessions were aired in German in the morning and in French in the afternoon.
