For the 77th anniversary of KOCH Group AG, we transformed the Hallenstadion – our partner venue – into an atmospheric Piazza Grande with Italian flair and plenty of charm. Walking acts, stage acrobats, and atmospheric lighting design provided entertainment and emotions at the highest level. 2,000 employees, business partners, and companions experienced an unforgettable evening with impressive show moments and culinary highlights. The confetti rain as a festive highlight and the spontaneously extended after-party in the foyer perfectly rounded off the experience.
As the technical partner, we took full responsibility – from consultation and detailed planning to on-site implementation. The centerpiece was a 15-meter-wide stage with a 13.5 × 7.5 meter LED wall as the visual focal point. Over 200 lights and an extended line-array sound system ensured brilliant illumination and a powerful atmosphere – even the Hollywood-style photo wall was impressively staged.
The broadcasting with four cameras and professional direction brought the live moments sharply onto the LED wall, while moderator Sven Epiney skillfully guided the evening with interviews and presentations. The technical logistics – from the wireless power supply of the free-standing fountain to the coordinated setup and dismantling by a 30-person team – were executed with precision.
Thanks to early planning, a solution-oriented approach, and an experienced team, we were able to realize the complex implementation efficiently and smoothly. Close collaboration with all partners and trades contributed significantly to the great success of this event.
