Lindt & Sprüngli Media & Digi Days

The Media & Digi Days 2025 took place virtually for the second time, bringing together media and digital marketing experts from Lindt & Sprüngli worldwide. With a budget equal to 2024, we implemented targeted upgrades – with the clear goal of achieving the quality of a TV production. A key lever was the focus on a single, compact show day, while the second day was used by the client independently for workshops. This allowed us to concentrate the available resources explicitly on the quality and impact of the live event.

Our team was responsible for the technically precise execution – including the coordination of nine remote connections and operation of the studio cameras. The proven look from 2024 was retained, but unfolded even greater impact in the new setting (the Lounge at the Home of Chocolate). Our interdisciplinary team managed the complex workflows confidently – often taking on dual roles.

A humorous cold opener captured attention right from the start and set a vibrant tone for the day. The audience-acclaimed Best Practice Award provided the crowning finale.

The client was particularly impressed by the fresh, varied visual design and the professional image and sound quality – even with very different source material. The virtual event thus set new benchmarks and fully met the high expectations of the participants.
