On the 4th of July Metallica rocked the St. Jakob-Park in Basel in front of 40´000 fans. The special thing about this concert: every person who had bought their ticket online could choose their favourite song from a list of 140 songs. On behalf of Good News Productions AG we were responsible for the planning and execution of the rigging, the electricity infrastructure on stage as well as for the audio and lighting technology. 7 trucks and 28 technicians were needed to implement everything within two days. The dismantling including the loading of the material happened within seven hours.
