For the second time in a row, we were responsible for organising the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Stadler Rail, the world’s leading manufacturer of rail vehicles, in the Swiss Life Arena with around 1,400 participants. With our many years of expertise in project management and the entire event technology from planning to implementation, the Annual General Meeting ran smoothly and successfully.
Stadler Rail was also able to benefit from the infrastructure synergies of our Annual General Meetings held in the venue in 2025. The set-up of the stage, furniture and prints could be adopted almost 1:1. Another special feature was the display of a large LED ring with a train that travelled around in a circle during the votes, thus realising the voting countdown in an original way. This year, we also designed the outdoor area around the aperitif area with coordinated decorations that emphasised the ambience and set the scene for the reception area.
The project team also included partners from Stadler Rail, with whom we worked closely to create an exceptional overall experience. Our client was not only very satisfied with the result, but also emphasised the excellent and professional cooperation of all trades.
