In January 2024, we once again hosted the internal kick-off of Swiss Life Asset Managers under the motto «Together we are strong». The streaming event was a challenging project, as the event was broadcast live simultaneously in six countries and in three languages from the Habegger studios. A total of 1,300 people took part in the live stream.
In addition to overall project management and event management, we were also responsible for the creative concept, multimedia and stage design and content production, as well as content and technical implementation. In collaboration with the client, we designed a unique stage set in line with the event theme. This offered the digital viewers a variety of perspectives and gave the content a visual thread.
The ambience in the studio, supported by designer furniture and lighting accessories, rounded off the visual spatial concept and created an inviting atmosphere for the event.
